Sana Mundo originated with the intention of pouring into all of Gods creations. Consciously intended to tether and nourish the exploration of the mind-body-spirit-emotional connection. A connection that when nurtured, supports a stronger integration to God and in result, to ones True self. Our mission is to be used as beacons to spread light and give back what is freely given to us; Love is the motive. Our Founder and Teacher, Sol’s nomadic explorations the past 7 years has allowed her to truly step into her power, open her mind and refine her gifts as a healer. Her passion for authentic body movement and Earth centered Healing medicine has birthed Sana Mundo.
